To encourage broad participation and support the growth of our scientific community, especially among younger researchers and students, registration for MIP Europe 2026 is entirely fee-free.

However, due to strict logistical and venue constraints, attendance is limited to the first 100 registered participants. Any registrations received after this capacity is reached will automatically be placed on a waiting list and admitted only if prior cancellations occur.

Because spots are both free and limited, we encourage you to submit the form below only if you are absolutely certain of your attendance. If you secure a spot and later realize you cannot join us, please inform us as soon as possible at f.ciccarelli@uniroma1.it so your place can be offered to a colleague on the waiting list.
